One Team
In the last 40 years, young hockey players from across the United States and Canada have become better athletes and stronger young men by playing for the Buffalo Junior Sabres organization. A new chapter was recently born when the Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association took control of the Junior Sabres. They raised the bar when they chose to partner the Junior Sabres with the Academy of Hockey so young hockey players could learn from NHL Alumni on what it takes to excel on and off the ice.
Mission
The Buffalo Junior Sabres Organization strives to achieve ultimate team and individual success. Our goal is to “win”, and “winning” is defined as:

- Each team competing at the highest levels of their age group.
